    I had my interview a month ago and they requested a document that i was missing and i sent it to them. A few days after sending the documents they told me to send them the passport. Its been a week now and when i check the status it says Administrative processing. Is that normal? How long will it take for the visa to be issued?

    We had an appointment a couple weeks ago and the visa was refused because they didnt accept one of the documents. Today i was going through the documents and it seems like im missing the police report. Is there a chance they kept it? They returned the other documents and the passport but im not sure if the police report was returned or if i misplaced it somehow

    Hello, im going through the same thing but in Malaysia. I emailed them to get an interview and they havent replied yet. Did you eventually get a reply or did you have to do something different?

    Yes you have to submit your request to change in the Public Inquiry Form, they will reply in a week if they accepted your request or not

    There's a lot of marriages that are arranged, they know about it. They will still ask for evidence like plane tickets, pictures together, wedding pictures, text messages etc

    I just got the email saying the sponsor was approved! that was the reason, i just needed to wait for the approval. I was able to submit the documents now

    I think i might have done something wrong. Today i got all my paperwork together and decided to submit everything, starting with the civil documents. After i submitted all the civil documents, i clicked submit documents. After doing that i went to try to submit the AOS documents but when i click "start now". it just sends me to the page of the civil documents. Did I make a mistake by not submitting the AOS documents before submitting everything at the civil documents page? Since those 2 were separate, i thought they need to be submitted separately. If i did make that mistake, what should i do now since i cannot submit any AOS documents for me and my joint sponsor?

    My daughter was born after i submitted the I-130 for my wife. Since Then, its been transferred to the NVC. Do i need to file any forums for my daughter or do i just need to file for CRBA?

    Im currently filling out the I-864 to submit to the NVC. According to the poverty guidelines, my income for 3 people needs to be $31,075. My income for the previous year is $24,542, but for 2021 it was $86,771 and 2020 it was $35,629. Would the previous years be counted towards my overall income or do i have to have a sponsor or list my assets?
