Hi all, Am in the process of adjusting status. Unfortunately my spouse does not make enough income to sponsor me. Her father also doesn't have enough income but does have enough assets to cover. Is my wife's father able to be a joint sponsor and use assets? Additionally is it allowed for him to deposit money into my wife's bank account in order to allow my wife to become the sponsor in place?
