I am completing the form I-130 for my spouse online on the USCIS website(living outside of US). I know the filing fee of $535 has to be paid as well.
Should I send a check by mail first and then submit the form online?? Or submit the form first and then mail the check to make sure that I have something in the system before they receive a random check?? I know there is a form to fill out if you want them to charge your credit card...but is there a way to submit it online?? There is no specific section to upload this on the online form...so I'd have to do it in the Additional Information section.
Or after I submit the form will there be some new area of my account where I can pay the fee??
