    Yes indeed. I was given the green light today. But here's our dilemma, my fiance is from/lives in Guinea and the mrv fee has to be paid at ecobank in dakar. Is there any chance for my fiance to pay the mrv fee without traveling to dakar just for that sole purpose i.e. paying at a ecobank in Guinea or have someone that she knows to pay for it.

    Still no words on the embassy appointment slot being open. And also is it true that until there is an opening slot, you can't and won't be able to make a payment?
