I am hoping to receive some insight on our current situation..
My husbands Conditional Permanent Residency Card was set to expire on 10/07/2021. We applied for Removal of Conditions (Form I-751) on 08/19/2021. We received the 48month Extension letter on 03/08/2023. But now my husbands permanent residency card is expired past the 48 month extension date. We have not heard anything since the extension letter on 03/08/2023. The current status of our case only states that it has been received.
Has anyone experienced this? Should we be concerned?
