    Hi, My husband is filling out 1-130 for his minor children. He is a US citizen. He came on a K1 visa and a few months later his children joined him here under the K2 visa. They went back home with their mom a few months later. We are confused on the question that asks if anyone has anyone has submitted a petition for them. Should we write yes since they came once with a K2 visa or no since my petition was only for my husband at the time and then had them join him ?
