I have no option available for the joint sponsor, my ceac account is lock , CO said that i have to upload the joint sponsor documents via online my ceac account is locked after the interview how can i upload the docs?

Hey thanks for posting your comment, how did you upload your joint sponsor docs,? I uploaded mine under my aos section by selecting other category and mention in the comment box , because this is the only option available for me after the interview, they locked my account so i cant add the joint sponsor, please let me know how you upload the docs for joint sponsor.

Hello, my wife had an interview at islamabad embassy pakistan on 6 nov 2023, and they told her to submit the documents for joint sponsor online, and submit the passport via courier service, which we already did, I noticed that her case status is still refused but case update date is changed few times, can someone tell me, what is happening case status is still same but case update date changed few times , and other thing is I dont know why they gave her 221g and marked joint sponsor document, i made around 42k last year and in 2021 and 2020 my income is around 48k and 37k and i dont claim anyone and no dependent on me. Even he checked my tax returns and transcripts But he still told her to add joint sponsor. My wife told him that he’s claiming no one. I live in joint family he count everyone on my income even tho my household size is 1 and 2nd my wife . If someone can answer about changing in dates but status is still same please leave your comments thanks.

Hey thanks, posting your comment I heard people are saying even if you upload the joint sponsor documents after the interview under your aos section they still able to check it , im so confused now should I request ceac to add joint sponsor or should i just upload under aos and mention in the comment box that this document is for joint sponsor

My wife had an interview on 6 nov 2023, and CO said she needs a joint sponsor,told her to submit the joint sponsor w-2 , tax transcript and affidavit of support online and send the passport via courier, so when I login into online portal, which is CEAC, there’s no joint sponsor option available for us, because after DQ they locked the account so can someone guide me should i upload the joint sponsor docs under my AOS section by pressing add documentation? If its like this which category should i select , other category or the document name category,? For example if its w-2 should i select w-2 category before uploading or just select other category then upload w-2 and leave comments under the comments box(that this doc is for joint sponsor) i attached the screenshots as well hope u guy understand what im trying to say . Please if anyone know help me. Thank you
