  1. Hello everyone, here is my Timeline so far AOS/EAD sent (USPS) to IL LB: Oct 25th NOA1: Oct 29th Biometrics: Dec 3rd Interview: n/a Same day as my Biometrics I received a message from USCIS on my online account, they have actively reviewed my cases, nothing is outstanding so far. I know, next step can take something from a few months to almost a year. So I will just relax and wait patiently. 😉
  2. Hehe, yes but I appreciate your input. Thank you. I'm so excited. I hope you won't have to wait long for your interview.
  3. Here my update: I-129F sent: 11/30/23 USCIS received: 12/01/23 NOA 1: 12/05/23 NOA 2: 04/15/24 Case sent to DOS: 04/17/24 NOA 2 Mail: 04/23/24 NVC Pub. 4. We did after 20 days. My tracking so far: Public Inquiry: May 3rd Case Number: May 7th FTP Letter: May 7th In Transit: May 7th DS 160/paid Fees: May 9th Interview Inquiry: May 10th
  5. Oh great I'm happy for you Next is step is they will forward your case to the NVC. If you don't hear back within 2 weeks you can ask for your case number via public inquiry at NVC. Now it's time to gather the documents for the I 134.
  6. Usually people hear back soon after their rfe response. Did you mention you already had an rfe and responded to it when you reached out to them? I would at least asked if they received the documents they asked for.
  7. I'm sorry to hear that. I hope you will hear back soon. Maybe you should contact them with your rfe response details?!
  8. USCIS sent me a note my petition was sent to NVC on April 17th. Any idea when I can hear back from them? I tried to schedule a medical appointment this morning but they said I need the interview appointment confirmation and welcome letter.
  9. I wasn't expecting to be that long in a LDR but if it's the right person you will make it work 😉
  10. Yea our anniversary is May 5th. The lockdown made things difficult for us. But it also made our RS stronger. My fiancé also wanted to visit me in April but then they speeded up the process and we decided to wait so we can hopefully move together this summer. Yea there's a good chance it'll be a final move date for you.
  11. Hehehe, yes. When we started in Dec our estimate was October hehehe. But after 4 years LDR I am so ready for it lol.
  12. That explains the delay. Plus there's a backlog bc of the March Cases. Better FedEx or UPS or at least Express if USPS. You actually count as February 24 not Dec 23. But USCIS works so fast now, so there's a chance you will hear back in June. 🤞
