Hello. For the K2, you mentioned separate application. What form will we use for the child? Coz the one we're filling up right now is for the fiance I-129 and it just asked if fiance has a child and the birth details. Thank you.

Hi. We'll be filing a petition for the 3rd time (different fiance). Can help confirm if choosing "5.a" is correct below? No criminal records whatsoever 1st filing was successful but got divorced after years of marriage 2nd filing was withdrawn since engagement ended in break-up Also is there a specific General Waiver form that needs to be downloaded and filled up? Appreciate anyone who can help. Thank you! Filipina beneficiary was never married but has a minor son. Son is carrying biological father's family name since he signed on birth certificate when birth was registered. Biological father has no active relationship with the child and he is not in the same country where the child is - unreachable/uncontactable anymore. Do we still need his consent or to sign what specific form?
