  1. Are you able to see the date in your online account? If so and you know what date it is for sure, you can probably print and bring. The one I received by mail its on a regular white paper. You can always call your application center and ask
  2. They sent mine on Nov 18th. I got it yesterday. The appointment is scheduled for Dec. 5th I was able to see the notice online under documents
  3. Here is my update for i751 removing conditions: -package was accepted on November 8 at the Elgin Lockbox. - Confirmation text on Nov 10 late at night - Check cashed on Nov 9. -Chatted with Emma and got accsses code to get to my online account on November 10 - Online account showing two letters (extinction and application receive letter) were sent on 10th-I did not receive these two until Nov 20th( they were not showing on my informed delivery) - Online notice for Biometric appointment on Dec 5th was sent nov 18th -still waiting to received that I got Texas Center. ** As you can see I actually have a biometric appointment schedule. Should I be worried that they are not reusing? I did biometrics here in US 2 years ago when I applied for my CGC. From what I am seeing, everything is receiving a "biometric reused" letter, but I have an actual application. I don't think we have any red flags in our case, and we sent plenty of supporting documents. both times.
  4. We have similar timelines. They received my package on 8th, sent it on 10th, and now on 18th schedule biometrics. What worries me that I have not received a single letter by mail. You would think that if they sent it on 10th I would I also have informed delivery, and that does not show anything from them coming. Did yo receive your letters by mail yet?
  5. Thank you. I am so worried. According to the online account, it was sent on the 10th. I still do not have it and do not see it coming on My informed delivery. Normally, I should at least see it there
  6. I have a question for those who received a mailed I 751 receipt. Did you have a tracking number for it? After not knowing if they received my package or not I contacted Emma, and the agent was able to give me online codes and receipt number. So I checked and the satus says following: Case Was Received and A Receipt Notice Was Sent I can see the actual receipt via documents tab, dated November 8. I just don't know if it was mailed or just issued, as it does not specify. I also feel like if it was mailed I should have received it if it was mailed on the 8th or 9th, or at least show up on the informed delivery. Can someone let me know if theirs was similar?
  7. Do you know how can see it? I also got a text with a number starting with I, but when I go to my online account there is nothing in there. To add the case it ask aditional info I do not have, I just have the number
  8. I am looking and cannot see where this is explained. The line literally reads: If you are the U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident spouse, you do not need to include a biometric services fee at the time this petition is submitted. And I am the US citizen spouse signing the form. Anyway, I am assuming I am supposed to submit $685 as a total payment, given its just me and no other fillers. Is this correct?
  9. I do not skip; its just confusing because yes, the first line says each, and the second line says spouse of a US citizen, which I am. To me, both lines go against each other. It does not specify what they mean by US citizen spouse in the second line. Its still confusing to me.
  10. Can someone help me with this? I am filling based on marriage, and I am a wife of US citizen. I 751 form instructions read: "If you are the U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident spouse, you do not need to include a biometric services fee at the time this petition is submitted. If USCIS later notifies you that you must submit your biometrics, you will receive a biometric services appointment notice with instructions on how to submit the additional fee." So I read that there is no $85 fee needed; hence, I need to include a payment of $595 total However, when I go to the official website and use the form I 751 calculator, it automatically includes the fee, making the total payment $680 $680 is also the amount i have seen included by other users, which confuses me based on what I read in the instructions
  11. Thank you. I am not interested in applying for naturalization at this time for other reasons, so I don't know if I will when the time comes. I understand that its more complicated to do it in the middle, but that's just what happened for various reasons. With that being said, I just want to make sure I am doing it correctly, of course and would like advice from people who have gone trough it or something similar
  12. Hello, I am applying for the removal of conditions from my 2-year green card. I changed my last name to my husband's last name after I received my green card. Now my social security card is with my new last name; however, my drivers license is still with my maiden name as well as most of my other documents, such as bills, banks statements, etc. When I fill out the I-751, do I just put my new name which means that I should receive the new green card with my new name? Would I have any issues or Do I need to do anything else?
  13. I definitely have all that and more. I was just going by the comments saying that since we submitted some of these with the AOS, not so many are needed for I 751. That is why I am asking for one. For example, if you have one ID with a matching address, is it necessary to show the previous once and international one as well? Doesn't that seem like you are just trying to fluff? Same with health insurance, car insurance, etc. Each section feels like they are basically showing one thing, but with many different documents, it seems very repetitive and unnecessary considering you probably submitted half of them with AOS. This is what I am confused about: is it just the current of the joint one" that is not necessary, but I have to show "previous" for everything? I understand that the lease, bank account, and tax may need to include previous years to show longevity, but is it really necessary for everything else, like in this example?
  14. I saw that one, but this is the exact same one where everyone is commenting. it does have a lot of extra things included, so thats why I was hoping someone had a good one that worked for them. To be honest, it does look like there are a lot of unnecessary thing included
  15. Can someone post their I-751 Table OF Contents? I am preparing mine and I would like to know what to include and in what order. I see that others post have included certain variations, but they al have comments from others to remove or include things so I am not sure which one is a complete one. If someone has it handy and would like to share, I would appreciate that
