Joe Biden and the Democrats are flooding our country with illegal immigrants as they view them as future voters for the Democrat Party. If you go to the USCIS website, they have their goal processing times for each form. You can also view how long it is taking them process each form. Most forms are 6 months. The form for Application for Certificate of Citizenship is form N-400. Look at their current time for N-400. The cycle goal to complete N-400 cases is 6 months. This year, it is taking them only 4.9 months to complete those cases. Last year, it was 6.1 months. It's election year so they are trying to crank out as many new voters as they can. Bidens campaign and the Democrats are probably sitting right outside of where they hold the ceremony, handing out fliers to vote for him and the democrats. After all, it is thanks to him/them that they are now citizens. Hopefully they will speed up after November 5th.

No, that would not be grounds for an expidited request. I submitted an expidited request back in March as I have an unknown mass in my breast. The tier 1 officer sent me an email stating that I do meet the minimum requirements for an expidited request, however it is now July and an officer still has not even been assigned to look my expidited request. I stayed on USCIS for 2 months before getting frustrated enough just to give up. Nothing but a headache that got me absolutely nowhere. Just because you qualify or meet the requirements for the request, doesn't mean that they will bother to look at it.

I'm a fellow December 2023 filer too. My attorney told me the process would take 18 to 24 months. And like you, my petition has been under review too since January. Sadly, there is really nothing you can do to speed the process up. I filed for an expidited request due to medical issues and was told that I do meet the minimum requirements for an expidited request, however they still haven't assigned an officer to bother looking at the expidited request and it's been 4 months now since I submitted it. This administration and USCIS don't care about us. It is election year so they have been prioritizing N-400 petitions so they can crank out as many new voters as possible. Hopefully after the election, they will speed up.

Do you rent or own your home? If you rent, you could always add your spouse to your lease. My husband is on my lease. Also, you could put her as an authorized user on your credit card. No SSN needed as an Authorized User. Capital One Venture is a really good card for this as there is no forigen transaction fees. It would be easy to prove combined finances as there would be transactions made in both the Philippines and USA.

You can not get a Tier 2 officer on the phone when you call USCIS. Speak to a Tier 1 and put in a request for an officer to give you a call back as you are outside the USCIS processing times. They will put you in a que to recieve the call but it might take awhile. I know this as I have been battling them over an expidited request that I had put in over a month ago for a medical issue. Also reach out to your senator, as well the CIS Ombudsman. Good luck and don't give up or let up.

I'm a fellow December 2023 filer too. My processing time went from 6 months-5 months-4 months-3 months (it stayed at 3 months for 2 months) and now it is at 7 months. I wouldn't pay any attention to how long it says on USCIS because all you are gonna do is get excited and become disappointed when they add more time.

There is no 90 day rule. Just go back to your home country before your visa waver or visa expires and then have your fiance file the I-130 petition.

When they ask what your intentions are in the United States, they do not need a play by play of everything you are doing. As long as you marry and then go back to your own country afterwards, telling them you are "visiting my boyfriend " is enough. There is nothing illegal about getting married while you are a visitor and it won't bite you in the butt later. Now if you come here with the intentions of getting married, staying in this country and trying to adjust status then yes, you misrepresented your intentions upon entering. Honestly, all CBP cares about is that you will be returning to your home country. I'd you volunteer the fact that you are getting married, they will be paranoid that you are going to try to stay in the country instead of going home. I talked to 3 different immigration attorney before I married my husband and they all said that it is perfectly legal to marry and him return to his home country afterwards.

All documents not in English need to be translated by a certified translator. This includes her birth certificate. Make sure to send the translations in with your I-130 petition.

I actually really like RFK Jr. After going to his presidential site and reading his plans how he would help the country, he will definitely get my vote provided he is on the ballot in Texas. He has detailed how he'd fix almost every issue our country is already facing. His border plan is actually pretty good. Definitely a much better solution that Biden or Trump have come up with. One thing is for sure, Biden won't get my vote.

Be honest about the nature of your visit and who you are visiting. Have a return ticket home and proof of ties to your home country. Make sure you don't plan to stay too long or they will question you, with or without an I-130 pending. Learned that the first time my husband came to visit when we arranged for him to stay for something like 84 days. They almost denied him entry. Last time he came, he stayed 5 weeks and no problems.

Oh I submitted a lot of pictures of us together that included mutual friends and family in them. A couple were from Christmas 2022 with my family.

Unfortunately both my grandma and father have passed so the opportunity to learn about my German heritage from them has passed. I met my husband Mike in the late spring/early summer of 2022 though a video game that we both played. When I found out he is in Germany, I struck up a conversation with him about it as I've always wanted to visit there and learn about my heritage. Our conversations started off just about what life is like in each other's countries but then we started talking about our morals, past relationships, ect. After about a couple of months, we were talking for hours every day and spending every free moment we had together. Feelings really started to develop and we decided for him to come here to visit and stay with me for almost 3 months. We wanted to see if what we were both feeling was real or if it was just infatuation. He arrived here in December 2022. After having him here with me for a week, I just knew he was the one for me. On Valentine's Day in 2023 he proposed to me. Sadly 2 weeks later he had to go home. We decided that he would come back to spend my birthday with me. On September 10th, 2023 Mike and I along with my sister and husband took a trip to Las Vegas and were married that night. I originally filed the i-130 in the beginning of November, however due to a typo on my credit card authorization, my petition was rejected. As a collective group, we need to come together and figure out exactly which senators are highly anti-illegal immigration and very vocal about it and just flood their office with letters, asking them to be the voice for those of us who are trying to bring our families over here. The only politician that I have heard mention anything about coming over here the legal way is Nikki Hailey. She has stated that her parents are immigrants and they are appalled by the illegals .

I asked my attorney's paralegal about what official documents from me my husband will need for his interview so that I can bring them with me when I go visit him in a couple of months. She told me that he will need offical certified copies of my birth certificate, our marriage license and my divorce decrees. If you can not find your late wife's death certificate, you should be able to go to the county clerk and get another certified copy of it.

My husband and I use Skype which don't let you export media. I just submitted 2 or 3 screen shots of our chats and talk history per month since our relationship began to the time I filed. Basically a good attorney is going to make sure that every single document you need is there before being sent to USCIS. They will also help prepare your fiance for the interview.
