My interview is still a few weeks away. Noc is no objection cum salary certificate from the company stating ur designation and pay. I wanna knw if all partners of company need to sign or is one enough since all are authorised jointly.

My dad's business license online data says both my my dad n uncle who r partners are authorised signatories and says jointly next to their names. Will i need both their signatured for noc and payslip or one will suffice? I remember getting my dad's signature only for uk visa application

All these questions began aftet my refusal of uk visa last year but then again i filled the form incorrectly i was told. Everything i shared here is true.

It means i asked an immigration lawyer in the USA to access my b2 record for irregularities or discrepancies and he dint find anything of such sort. I was wondering of the US embassy might ask me abt it on the interview. I doubt they cud since lawyers have confidentiality but asking anyways.

Actually my friend helped me consult an immigration lawyer in the US to check my b2 record for any irregularities and flags. Thats abt it . I never filed any petitions. If i do get asked which i hope not at the interview as to why my record was accesed by a lawyer what shuould i say?

Also if my immigration record is accessed by a lawyer for flags will that be reported to the embassy too?

On the contrary will they ask me to produce copies of paychecks? Coz i dont have them coz i get paychecks from my dad's personal acc who owns the company. I m sorry but m a lil worried abt the paychecks i receive in Bahrain

But didnt i say i always wanted to study at MIT when asked abt my itinerary? I shudnt have , i was not fully awake due to the long flight

Thank u all for replying but i was concerned abt filling the g639 n its repercussions on my b2 visa application. Well in Bahrain most of the indians get a visa for usa easy as i heard. But still cant take any chances. I thought the uscis had my passport number so the usa embassy would know abt it

I wud like to add a small incident that took place at boston immigration last year in October, so i was excited when we landed at boston and at the immigration when i was questioned if i had an itinerary i told the officer casually that i always wanted to study at MIT but dint get the oppurtunity so i finished my software studies in india and now i decided to see the place. So he asked me if i wanted to study now to which i said no and he even asked me why not to which i further said "its not possible sir". Before he handed over our passports he said i shud try. Now i am guessing i wasnt subject to a secondary verification or anything so i wasnt flagged. I was worried for the next few weeks that all this wud be recorded and the american embassy in my country wud question me abt it the next time i applied or i might even be refused. But i left boston in two weeks also which meant i followed the rules. Hope its not what i think it is as in hope i wasnt flagged

So after doin some asking around with people i found out that filling the g639 is not an issue since its part of freedom and information act where anyone including non immigrants can request for information. I just assumed it would impact my b2 visa application somehow as the us embassy would know but uscis dont share information as such since request of information is confidential. Well i just hope its nt an issue furthermore when i reapply for a visa

What questions? All they ask is employment details and ur salary. It doesn't say anything abt bank balance etc

So having a fairly good amount of savings in the bank with a mediocre salary isnt an issue? I wont b questioned abt it? I have consistently deposited paychecks and i save on expenses since i stay jointly with my parents
