Hi If someone is refused or banned by a schengen country does he or she get denied a us visa also?

Also lets say i get an interview call when we reapply we will be showing my dad's business and personal statement. So is 28000$(currency converted) enough for 3 people to show in a personal account?

Ok... so no docs required. Can i apply atleast a year in advance? And i wud also like to knw if i make any changes on the last page of my passport under spouse name column will my b2 visa b still balid or do i have to apply again since changes were made to spouse name on last page. P.S. this is an indian passport

I am sorry if u feel i am overthinking but the chances r high i cud be refused on consulting a lawyer because it might raise suspicion abt wrong doin which i have not

Yes its the truth. The same issue happened with uk and i didnt fill in the details properly in the form on income n expenses n got refused.

My only concern right now is what if i get asked as to y i consulted a lawyer which i did to check for any flags in my b2 record.? And how have i accumulated a good balance with a mediocre salary? I share the apartment with my parents for starters. Any feedback wud help
