  1. Also lets say i get an interview call when we reapply we will be showing my dad's business and personal statement. So is 28000$(currency converted)  enough for 3 people to show in a personal account?

  2. But our first pages remain unchanged. Its just the last page that has a spouse name column on it. I email the embassy abt it but no reply. Need to be 100 percent sure of i can still travel

  3. Ok... so no docs required. Can i apply atleast a year in advance?

And i wud also like to knw if i make any changes on the last page of my passport under spouse name column will my b2 visa b still balid or do i have to apply again since changes were made to spouse name on last page.

P.S. this is an indian passport

  4. So like previously we will be applying togethet as family n showing my dad will pay for the trip.my dad has his own private firm. So do we need his current and personal account statements ready?

I thought OP had had a previous B2 visa interview, but his line of questioning makes it sound as if he literally has no footing in reality when it comes to tourist visa interviews.

R u the admin here..?. u dont have an obligation to reply. This is an open discussion and i am free to ask anything i have doubts on.

I am sorry if u feel i am overthinking but the chances r high i cud be refused on consulting a lawyer because it might raise suspicion abt wrong doin which i have not

If that's the truth, then that's what you tell them if asked.

You seem to think that you will have a long interview with lots of time to provide explanations. But the truth is, that the interviewing officer will already have a good idea if they are going to approve or deny you before your interview even starts. Just go to the interview, answer all questions truthfully, and see what happens. There is no point in trying to come up with every little issue you might get asked about.

Yes its the truth. The same issue happened with uk and i didnt fill in the details properly in the form on income n expenses n got refused.

    Is this fair enough?

  8. What abt the substantial balance in my account that i have saved in the past 12 years working with a mediocre salary of 800bd(2000$)approx.? What shud i say when if at all i get questioned abt it?

  9. Seriously am i overthinking abt filling this g639 form? Do tourists even fill the form to access their records from uscis?  All i ticked in the oprions was i94 in the form.

CHATGPT says its way unlikely i will be questioned abt it and the embassy might not knw abt it too

  10. We r goin around in circles. The truth is i wanted to knw if my record was clean to be clear before filling the application again. Will i even be questioned abt this is what i wanna knw?

  11. My only concern right now is what if i get asked as to y i consulted a lawyer which i did to check for any flags in my b2 record.?

And how have i accumulated a good balance  with a mediocre salary?

I share the apartment with my parents for starters.

    Any feedback wud help
