Thank you both for the advice! I dont think we would qualify for DCF as I just looked at the Exceptional Circumstances and none seem to apply to us right now and there is no Field Office in Ireland unfortunately

Hi everyone, My husband and I are in the very early stages of our Immigration journey. He is a US Citizen that has been resident in Ireland, where I am from, since 2017. He was on an Irish student visa for 4 years, 2017- 2020 and then he was on a Graduate visa for 2 years. We got married in Ireland in March this year and he was just approved for an Irish residency permit for one year. We are now planning to relocate to the USA and he is enrolling in a Masters program, starting in June. To try to shorten the amount of time we will be apart, we want to file the petition for the CR-1 Visa as soon as possible but we are concerned about him proving his domicile at time time of filing, even though he will be living in the USA from June 2024. Does anybody have any advice on proving domicile from outside the USA? Thank you in advance!
