  1. Got approved yesterday! Guess 11 months isn’t bad
  2. It’s been over a month since the “Case is being actively reviewed” update. I received another similar update on July 24th so now my profile shows the update 3x. Since then, I haven’t heard anything. The documents tab and other information remains the same. Got my hopes up for nothing. Wonder why it’s taking so long!
  3. MyProgress tab was updated! Step 3 (Attend interview) is checked and marked as completed. Guessing no interview needed. Timeline until approval is estimated to now take 4 weeks. Documents tab still displays the same ones that have been there. Fingers crossed it’s almost at the finish line.
  4. Case was updated after 7 months from “Case is being actively reviewed” to… “Case is being actively reviewed.” It seems like people who have gotten this twice received an approval within a few days. Will update if something happens.
  5. Also still waiting. Sucks to see people who filed in 2024 get their GCs before us.
  6. Anyone here use their AP to plan a trip outside the country yet? My partner has a trip back home coming up soon and was curious what the experience at the airport is like for going through security departing and then when returning.
  7. Wow congrats! In my case we applied a dat after your date and also received combo card approval on the same day as you. What is the USCIS office you filed from?
  8. In our case we wrote “ASAP” and got the combo card approved.
  9. Update: the combo card came in our mailbox this afternoon. No tracking number ever came though!
  10. Same boat as you… Card was produced update a few days ago but no USPS tracking number or anything.
  11. Got the physical letter for the combo card approval in the mail now 11 days after the document was uploaded to the USCIS. However, there is still no update on either the EAD or AP applications being marked as completed or something. Still no USPS tracking number or anything either.. Wonder what the hold up is!
  12. Yes, we did the same as you and got a SSN before getting married. I checked yes on the boxes asking if I’d like an updated card on the EAD-AP applications. I’m guessing the new card is related to the combo card being approved? The issued date on the new SSN card is the same day the document was uploaded on the USCIS website for the combo card approval.
  13. In the same situation as you. Combo card was approved last week according to the Documents tab but timeline still hasn’t updated and I have no idea about shipping. I haven’t contacted USCIS about it but we did end up receiving an updated SSN card over the weekend… which doesn’t help really since we need the EAD and AP to arrive.
