Hello, pls I'm currently facing the same problem now in 2024.. pls how did you resolve the payment error problem?

Currently, CEAC is experiencing intermittent issues with payments. During this time, payment processing may not be available. Please be patient if you are unable to submit a payment or if your payment shows 'In Process' longer than expected after submission. Maintenance is expected to be ongoing until further notice. Thank you for your understanding and support. For instructions on scanning documents in the IV process, please visit travel.state.gov site. How do I resolve this problem pls? I have been unable to pay the iv fee via the NVC webiste for over 3months now.. the payment was rejected, and I have been unable to make another payment ever since. Bcos it keeps showing error, everytime I tried... I have submitted a compliant through the public enquiry.. and nothing has been done to resolve the problem.. its been 3months now .. pls I need a solution..
