  1. Updated it i-129F filed 1/18/24 I-129F NOA1 1/26/24 I-129 NOA2 5/2/24 ~13 weeks or 97 days from NOA1 to NOA2 seems astronomically faster than anticipated, no? Edit, typed the wrong day
  2. So we filed the paperwork a little over 10 weeks ago and despite seeing any other case taking upwards of at least 7 months we are already approved. The thing is this is way too fast of a timeline for us due to extenuating circumstances. Is there any way to slow down the process going forward? We were expecting all of this in total to take at least 14 months or more.
  3. Hi, so the title sums up the situation. Fiance is moving in the near future and we don't have the final address of her apartment yet. Her move in date has been pushed back a couple times and it's delayed us getting the process started with the I-129F for almost a month now. How difficult is it to update the address of the foreign person being petitioned for after the form is submitted or is it best if we wait for her to settle to her new address?
