Don't know why there are different requirements within the same country. For medical exam they charged 16,000 INR and 9,043 INR for 6 vaccinations. These 6 vaccinations are depending on your age I guess, price may vary. I was only informed about taking the vaccinations after my medical exam, until then I was under an assumption that I am done with medical.

Yeah, that's correct. That's strange if other medical centers are asking for something different! Get it booked from Hyderabad if it's near to you. I am not aware about the other medical centers, sorry. There are members here who must've gone through their medical test at Mumbai/Delhi, please check with them once. Thanks!

Until I-797, it is under a USCIS controlled process. Once your case is forwarded to Mumbai consulate a notification is sent to the petitioner that's your Fiancé and this process is totally undertaken by NVC. In my case, I took the same letter. Be it Mumbai,Delhi,Hyderabad the process will remain the same. Have you received a link in the email asking you to prepare for the next steps in the process? The same email that your Fiancé must've received. Tell them that you received the notification continue with next steps.

In Mumbai, it is Rele Clinic, you can call them and check the procedure for booking K1 medical exam, I took it from Hyderabad CMM (Centre for Migration Medicine). It was a smooth process, took around 5-6 hours for me including 6 vaccines. I got an email straight after I spoke to them and booked a slot by entering my details on their portal. It was the next day itself and after an alternate day, I got report as well.

After your medical is over, they will call you maybe a day or two later to collect the reports. You're right, I just recollected, they did handed over to me a document that I am needed to carry and show when asked at the port of entry, at the very bottom left of the 1st page out of 2 paged document, it is written as DS-2035. I cross verified. You will be asked to make copies of that for future references. Original will probably be taken by port of entry officer/authority.

I don't know what is ds-3025, I hope your's is K1 visa as well. If yes, then any certified medical center by USCIS like Mumbai, Delhi, Hyderabad, Mohali/Punjab, Chennai will do the same tests I guess! For me, they took blood sample, 6 vaccinations that they gave an option to either take after entering US or right then and there (with an extra cost), chest X-ray, few general questions related to medical history, 6 photographs 2x2 size. Adding a screenshot for your reference, you can contact them to complete the test or simply google the list and you will find the same. They will have their own portals where you get to see more information as per your nearest state/city.

Doesn't make any difference, ultimately, your medical should be ready and in your hand to be carried for interview. They will also provide CD and a copy which you'll be asked to present on the port of entry. Until then, nobody will ever question for medical reports, not even in biometrics. The medical report will be valid for 6 months, that's what my report reads. Hope this helps!

Hello Ishani, I was able to complete the process with your help. Made the payment as well. Trying to book a slot but nothing is available. I am unclear about VAC & OFC. The screenshot attached for your reference states the biometrics appointment or Visa interview? Could you please help me understand this? Thanks once again.

Hello Nibedita, I have gone through these threads and found that many of us are facing an issue with the unavailability of slots, all you need to do is keep trying, I read it here that few of us got it around 3PM IST, not sure which day but that's the last stage and requires a lot of patience, let's hope for getting it at the earliest. Don't keep trying every hour, maybe twice a day, otherwise, your ID will be blocked temporarily. All the best! 👍

Thank you once again for making this clear, it helps a lot. I will continue to complete the process and then look for a slot availability, I am yet to complete the biometrics as well. Can I ping you on your profile with my email id to avoid personal information sharing violation? This way I will be updated with the latest information through the group. Thank you so very much 🫡

Hello Ishani, Thank you very much for the response. I don't see any space or column to mention ds160 confirmation number, all I see is space given to mention ds260 number. You're right, it is really cumbersome to manage such things if the portal is so messed up. I have attached a screenshot. Please help me here! Thanks

Hello All, I need some help on the new portal, where I don't get to see ds160 application number, it rather asks for ds260 which is not needed for non-immigrant visa (K1). K1 is listed under immigrant visa category, there is something wrong. Can someone please help me here to proceed further? I have already filled ds160 and I have the number for it. Finding so many comments here is like finding water in the desert for K1 applicants from India, some sigh of relief! Thanks!
