    marry in the US with your visit visa and leave the US. then you can apply for a CR1 visa from your home country.

    I saw someone in this forum said that the beneficiary required have the original i864 form for the interview.

    CR1 visa.. The sponsor/ petitioner in the US and the beneficiary in another country. Is the beneficiary required to have the original Form I-864 signed by the sponsor on hand on the day of the interview? A scanned photo copy not enough ?

    Is it still required for the beneficiary to bring the original Affidavit of Support (Form I-864) to their interview if the petitioner lives in the U.S. and the beneficiary resides in another country, or is a photocopy sufficient?
