    Thanks!- Can you confirm that the time mentioned in email is the Paksitan time- coz my interview is at 7 am and it got me question it as usually office time is 9 am to 6 pm

    Guys! I received IL Today- DQ 28 Nov 2022 and Interview Date is August 6 at 7:00 AM. I cant understand if I need to upload an updated I-864 because the email does not ask for one and What time is this 07:00 AM is this PKST? Thanks Guys!

    My wife was my sponsor as now the primary applicant has to provide I-864- Her income was not enough then so we used a joint sponsor- But now the JS is acting weird. So I need Mother in Law income who also fulfills income requirements stand alone as well but some one told me that since MIL lives in the same house she has to be a household member and not a JS- My question is how before my interview I make this change?

I need some assistance since you went through the same- When I got DQ I had a joint sponsor "Ahmed" but Ahmed is now refusing to provide updated I-864 and Tax docs- I will now use my wife I-864 and tax docs and since her income is low will supplement my mother in law as Household member I-864A with tax Docs My question is that how will I make these changes in ceac once I get my IL- will I remove the Joint sponsor and add household member or I would simply add the house hold member and leave Joint sponsor as is and tell the CO in interview about the change- Also- Would I also type in an application to CO in a word doc telling him about his change?

    My question is that how will I make these changes in ceac once I get my IL- will I remove the Joint sponsor and add household member or I would simply add the house hold member and leave Joint sponsor as is and tell the CO in interview about the change- Also- Would I also type in an application to CO in a word doc telling him about his change?

     

    Can you please guide me on how to approach this situation? Thanks a lot

    @pushbrk I need some assistance- I have been following your threads and you seem to have good answers- When I got DQ 17 months ago I had a joint sponsor "Ahmed" but Ahmed is now refusing to provide updated I-864 and Tax docs (Which ISB embassy requires)- I will now use my wife I-864 (Also previously submitted) and tax docs and since her income is low will supplement my mother in law as Household member I-864A with tax Docs My question is that how will I make these changes in ceac once I get my IL- will I remove the Joint sponsor and add household member or I would simply add the house hold member and leave Joint sponsor as is or I would DO NOTHING and tell the CO in interview about the change- Also- Would I (Beneficiary) also type in an application to CO in a word doc telling him about this change?

    Hello Guys- I need some assistance- My case is Ir-1 Do I need to get Nadra Marriage certifcate (QuaideAzam Backgroud picture wala) Translated as well? It already has an english part- I got my urdu one translated but not sure about this one Also My Wife (Petitioner) was born in karachi and is a Us citizen by naturalization- Do I need her Original birth certificate (Copy) and its translation as well since it was a manual one? I heard you don't need petitioner birth certificate if IR-1

    Please Help- IR-1 Case- Dq 28 Nov 22- At the time I completed and submitted Ds-260 my job ended and I was not working anywhere so I entered unemployed and added my past working company information - then 2 months later I found another job and it ended 2 months ago- I also travelled to Dubai after submitting Ds-260. These 2 pieses of information are missing from my original Form. What needs to be done or if anything needs to be done on my end? I would really appreciate the insights

    Seeing Basit's Comments is giving me Severe Anxiety- This whole Visa process has already put my beautiful Happy Marriage in a very Rocky situation- This is very very unfair for a 3rd party to decide if two people can live together or not- I severe ... This distance is already causing a lot of misunderstanding and fights between me and my wife- @podeena You recently went through this whole process- Any advise? P.s. @podeena Did they also put you in 221g? I cant afford to wait another year or Im pretty sure me and my wife will be done for only because of this whole waiting process.

    Thanks for the Answer. But How would state ID still proof the relationship between the Mother and the Daughter? Wouldn't state ID only proof my MIL to be a citizen and living at a certain address? She also has Nadra POC and American Passport. Any insights would be appreciated.

    Hello Everyone, I need some assistance. I will be Grateful for the help. I provided Joint Sponsor named Adnan who gave I-864 in 2021- Adnan is having issues providing updated documents and I-864. My second choice now is to have my wife I-864 and add her mother on a I-864A Household member. My questions are: 1) Would changing this affect in any way my visa process? 2) How can I prove relationship status between my wife and her mother as in what documents can be provided? Both are Dual Citizens and her mother has no Driving license. They both live at the same address. Thanks,
