  1. On a similar boat as you. I will be supplying two I-134s: 1. Personal: My own with assets in two Brokerage Accounts, as well at Bank Account Statements. (6x) Months of Each 2. Relative: Their own assets in two Brokerage Accounts, as well at Bank Account Statements. (6x) Months of Each. 2022 Income Tax as well. Should be more than sufficient. Did both just in-case they need to see more info, or any questions are raised with my personal file.
  2. Here is your DHL Tracking Number: 5228881335. Delivery by Monday, end of day. The way to track was posted a long time ago, you can search it. But I provided you your tracking number.
  3. Although a case can arrive to the Embassy on Monday for example, it could take time for the Embassy to open the file, input it into their system, and mark it as Ready. Typically, embassies which are busier can take up to two weeks to mark cases as Ready after they are delivered. In my situation, I was able to track my shipment by DHL - It was delivered to the Embassy at 9:31am and was marked Ready at 3:00pm.
  4. I received PKT-3 the same day that the Case became “Ready.” Instructions and Requirements were very easy. I paid the fee by credit card and was immediately able to get an interview date.
  5. Use the Public Inquiry Tool on the NVC Website. They normally respond within 72 hours - at least when I was in communication with them.
  6. Check the CAEC Status Page. You'll need your IV Case Number. https://ceac.state.gov/CEACStatTracker/Status.aspx?TSPD_101_R0=0883343043ab200020d1b2e784c986b838deba4e32a235911ea46a41d5898b93e8037075b2145314080831ff84143000d4bdd5cef9e23d2f69250906e6e654e214c9aa59b2823b6f8697ed24c4a3602e11d51b77fe9acd4dad2f301735d5a92e

  8. Usually the petitioner. In my specific case, we never received an email from NVC... I contact them using the Public Inquiry tool and they provided me with the Case Number, Invoice ID, and Beneficiary ID so I could track my case. Would recommend you to do the same if you don't receive an email after two weeks.
  9. That is correct. Depending on the Embassy, they will either mail or email you the PKT3 - normally it is by email. I just got lucky that they sent it to me before the case even arrived to the Embassy.
  10. Good evening! Our case is still at NVC, and should be sent to the Embassy in Madrid on November 7 or 8, with case being ready on the week of November 13. Today, October 30, they emailed me Packet 3. We have all documents ready, except for DS-160 which I have to wait to do until they receive it. Based on Elena and Chao's timeline, they got an interview within 5 weeks. Hoping for same so we can be ready by Mid-Jan. I would email Embassy using their Google Docs form. Are you part of the WhatsApp Group? Keep me updated with the interview dates. Best, Jared
  11. Today I received Packet 3 by email from the Embassy in Madrid, well before the case was sent by NVC. It contains the instructions and documents specific to Spain.
  12. I ended up emailing last Monday, and got the NVC Case Number and the Invoice / Beneficiary ID’s. Seems like you now need to contact NVS directly to receive it.
  13. NOA 1: November 22, 2022 NOA 2: October 6, 2023 NVC Received: October 20, 2023 Cases should be forwarded to the Embassies on November 7th or 8th. Hoping to get Interview by mid-December, so we can fly to the U.S in mid-January. Best of luck to everyone.
  14. Hello all. This question relates to the processing time from receiving an NOA2/I-797 of Case Approval for an I-129F to receiving the NVC Welcome Letter. Our I-129F was approved from the California Service Center on October 6th, and we received the I-797 shortly thereafter. The letter states the case has been sent to the NVC office in New Hampshire. Currently (October 24), NVC is processing applications from October 6. I have yet to receive the Welcome Letter by email with the relevant log-in information. From the experience of fellow applicants, are the timeframes on the website certain? I have been looking at other similar timelines and NVC has just approved cases from September 22, which is two weeks behind the listed schedule. Thanks in advance for your guidance.
  15. The information provided above is incorrect. You will require a Certificado de Antecedentes Penales, which can either be obtained online using the Cl@ve or in-person (with an appointment, ID, and proof of payment form). As long as you are applying at the U.S Embassy in Madrid, Spanish documents do not need to be translated into English, as Spanish is the language of application. Police Background Checks expire after 1 Year, so you can get it well before your appointment to prepare.
