I've only just submitted all my forms/docs to NVC, so now I wait for the case to be DQ'd (I'm the US citizen sponsoring my spouse in SA). Hi there. I received my NVC welcome letter on October 10th. I'm also unable to log in because my credentials "don't match their records". Just wondering how it's going for others in the same situation? I've tried with various browsers, I've emailed NVC several times (no response yet), and now I've requested help from my local congress person. Sending strength to all those affected. 🥴
