  1. I just checked my N400 and I filed under 'spouse of US Citizen' so I think I should be fine and been resident since 2020. Still crazy how fast the process was.
  2. I actually became a resident last January 2020
  3. It says the card was delivered, but we've moved 3 times (all different states) since I filed my I-751, and I never received my physical card even I always update my address. At least I received my 48months extension letter.
  4. Of course! No, I didn't file within 90 days early filing. I had my 48months extension and expires on 2026.
  5. Omg! Thank you so much for letting me know! Just saw it and my sched is on January 22!
  6. Hi Everyone! Just wanted to share my N400 timeline, I filed online under 3yr rule married to US Citizen and from St. Louis, Missouri - December 1 - Filed and received December 1 - Biometrics was reused December 1 - Actively Reviewing December 16 - Interview was scheduled as of today, still waiting for the final interview date.

  8. Hi All, I need your opinion. I filed 1-751 last Nov. 2021 and until now (October 2023) it shows 'fingerprint has taken'. So basically, I don't have my 10yr green card yet and I have 48months extension letter. My husband and I are travelling overseas in January. I'm hesitant that if I file my N-400 now, I might have schedule in January for interview while we're overseas. I know that we can always re-schedule an interview or any appointment with USCIS but if I can avoid having it to re-schedule then I'd go for that. So should I wait maybe late December to file my N-400 or, just do it now? Also, if I apply with still pending I-751, and for filing N-400 you need to send a copy of your Green Card, should I also send the extension letter? Thank you!!
