F4 - Philippines (unfortunately) PD: Jan2020 Niece #1 BD: July2008; Nephew BD: May2014; Niece #2 BD: Sep2020 I-130 Approval Date: Nov2022 Having stated that, niece #1 and nephew will probably age out when the PD becomes current. Patience, indeed, is a virtue.

T Thank you. The link you provided answered my question. "Is there only one AOS fee per case or does every applicant on the case need to pay one? There is only one AOS fee charged per case." I am aware of my nieces and nephew potentially being aged out. I'll roll the dice. Not harm in trying except it will make me poorer with IV Application fees (DS-260). I-130 as been approved and currently on NVC with case # and invoice # assigned.

I am the sponsor for F4 petition. Principal applicant is my brother with 4 derivatives (wife + 3 kids). Current fee to file for Affidavit of Support is $120. When I file for this petition, do I pay $120 x1 or $120 x5? I expect them to immigrate as whole family (no "follow on later date"). I am sure the dashboard will show me the correct fee as I go along the process but I just would like to anticipate the cost.
