    Hi, 

    I have received my packet 3 already from the US Consulate Montreal, and they said I need to send the DS 160 confirmation page, the scanned copy of the Checklist and the scanned copy of my biographical data page of my passport thru email, 

    My question is, do I have to scan all the required documents in the checklist and send it to the by email or just the checklist with checkmark of the documents that I have and is applicable to me ? I'm kinda lost with that.
