    PD is 02June2023. I-130 Spouse living abroad. So currently we are at 14 and change months with supposedly 11 months to go.

    This is incredibly frustrating. We have been in the "your case is taking longer than expected" phase for the past 3 months. Over the weekend it changed to 4 months. Yesterday it changed to 11 months. PD=June 2 2023. I know these timelines mean nothing, but why toy with people? Anxiously awaiting some good news....

    Yes, correct. Some say it speeds it up. It doesn't cost anything. Just postage. If there is a chance it will speed it up, I'm willing to do anything.

    Yes, first the I-130 and after I received the notice I filed the I-129f. You need the I-130 case number when you file the I-129f.

    Hello fellow June filers. First post. I'm in the US and spouse is still living abroad. I-130 Priority Date June 2nd Sent via lawyer Notice sent Date June 7th. June 9th: Case Is Being Actively Reviewed By USCIS. As of 10/10/23 Estimated time until case decision is 6 months. Seems to change at the first of every month. SC: Potomac I-129f Receipt Date June 16th. Notice sent date: July 3rd. They don't give any updates online for the I-129f SC: Texas I am not sure how to check if my service center has changed. Good luck to everyone.
