Yes I know that and we can get the missing ones but since there is a new rule that came out 12/2 how would we submit the evidence of his medical exam if the immigration officer took his medical pcket at the port of entry. What do we need to do ? I hope We dont have to retake the whole thing. I was hoping for just the missing vacciness but now we need to know how to obtain those records. -
He completed his medical exam in Morocco un August 2024 and passed everything . The packet they gave him is not with him as immigration took his paperwork… I dont think he would need to do it twice to be able to submit with AOS

Thank You !! We have had such troubles with our local SSN office and were thinking of going elsewhere but because of the time it takes decided to have uscis do it for us. I am curious Don’t we have to wait a while to receive the physical copy of the SSN card ?

Thank you !! The civil surgeon in Morocco told him that she wouldn’t be able to complete all the vaccines due to him taking the covid vaccines around the same time. My question is is there a time frame to submit the AOS ?

Hi Everyone, we married recently and I had a couple of questions . I recently enrolled my husband to my health insurance and the good thing is we don't need a SSN but I wanted to ask if the government will make us pay a fee if he does not have a social and he has insurance or how does that work ? Also , we also need to file the i 485 and was wondering if there are any vaccine records we have to submit as when he went for his medical exam in Morocco the doctor did not administer all the vaccines since it would be too much with the covid shot he had taken. Are the vaccines done after his approval or how would that work. Currently we are a little frustrated that the wait time for this application is 15-18 months. Does anyone have experience with how long it takes for processsing this ?

OK guys so today is literally three weeks after my fiancé VISA was “ISSUED” on CEAC we still don’t know anything and the call center number is useless. I wanted to see if this is normal or if the turnaround times are higher for the Casablanca consulate. In Morocco ? I just want to see if this is normal or not. Any insight would be appreciated.

Good morning and happy Tuesday everyone My fiancé had a successful K-1 interview in Casablanca Morocco and currently CEAC shows ISSUED since 9/25. It also states that if it has been more than 10 business days and he has not received his passport back to reach out to them so today marks the 10 business day. I wanted to see if anyone knows typically how long it takes to retrieve your passport back? Thank you in advance.

Hello everyone and happy Friday I had a quick question. I already asked my legal assistant, and she said it was fine and that he could update his address during the interview but I wanted to ask on here in real time based off of people who are or who have gone through the process so my fiancé is going to have his interview in September and recently moved to a new apartment with his family in May of this year and his passport has his old address and so does the DS 160 form. I was just curious to know if this would be any issue I personally don’t think it will because he’s ultimately coming here to live here in the states with me. Thank you in advance.

Hello ! Be prepared to wait. We waited 10 months for an interview 3 months out. Doing everything from emailing the consulate and congressman and senator. Unfortunately this is a waiting process and the consulate does not work cases in order because if that were the case we would have had our petition handled in a timely manner and not have to wait 10 months even though we filed way before a lot of the people that had interview letters sent out who filed way after we did. Update : 10 months wait - Got our interview letter today !!! Appointment is until September.
