  1. Hey. You can do it on your phone. I’m not sure if it looks different if you’re on an iPhone or android. But when you log in, under “section” you click the drop down arrow and it will give you the options to view documents. I also filed online
  2. Hi everyone! Quick update. This morning I got a notification that action was taken on my case. When I logged in, I did not see an update. But tonight I logged into USCIS and check the documents tab and found the approval notice for both parents case! I’m so excited! Good look to everyone! I hope you hear something soon
  3. Guy! Both parents I-130 got approved! I guess that was the action that was taken. I am here at work, and it came to mind to log in and check the documents on USCIS! There it was the approval notice!
  4. Just got an update that action was taking on one of the case but when I logged in, I see no update
  5. Hi Ara. Yes, I’m a citizen. I really hope we will hear something soon. Congrats to you on your journey!
  6. Hi everyone. Just checking in. I filled for both parents in December 2023. I have not gotten any update since January 6th, case is actively being reviewed. Have anyone heard anything since filling the I-130 for your parent/s? Thank you
  7. I’m so confused. 😕 I really need help. My friend (the foreign fiance) wants me to act as a cosponsor for her son. Her interview is coming up very soon. When I fill out the I-134, the beneficiary will be her son, correct? The Petitioner is not required to fill out a form I-134 for the son? I just want to make sure I’m doing this correct. Thanks again for all your help
  8. Ok. So my friend said that her fiancé made 45k on recent tax return. Based on the poverty guidelines, the petitioner can sponsor a household of 5 people, correct? This means they don’t need a cosponsor right? It’s just the US petitioner with no dependent, the foreign fiancé and her son.
  9. Wow 😮 thank you! I’ve been getting this mixed up all this time. I will look up the I 134 form and the instruction. Thank you so much!
  10. Oops. Sorry for the confusion. It’s a K1 finance visa. I’m not the petitioner. My friend is the fiancé of the US citizen (the petitioner) and she has a son who is my God son.
  11. Hi everyone I’m going to fill out the affidavit of support form as a cosponsor for my God son. The petitioner is signing the affidavit for his mom (the fiancée). question 🙋 Can I send scan copy of the I-864 to the embassy or does it need to be original with signature? Does the petitioner have to note somewhere that they are using a cosponsor for the child of their finance or do I simple fill out the form stating I’m the cosponsor? also, is it necessary for a cosponsor if the petitioner makes over $30,000 with no dependent? I want to increase the chances of my friend getting approved so would it help that I sign for my God since I make a very decent income with no dependents right now. FYI, I’m filing for my parents but with my income I will still meet the guidelines. Thank you 😊
  12. Hi. For biological mom, the process should be simple. The most important document you will want is your birthday certificate; You will fill out form I-130 Petition for aliens relatives.
