They are taking ages to process the cases

It is still the same service center.

I filed for my both parents on 02/28/2023. Initial NOA on the same day was from Nebraska. My dad's application was sent to California and it's been under review since March 2023. Estimated processing time went from 1 week to taking longer than expected and no back to 6 months. My mom's application was sent to Vermont and status changed to "being review" on September 6, 2023. Her estimated time is still showing 1 week.
