    I’m expecting to see something like “Submitted” or “pending”.. so I know it was at least in the system. But when you see a message like “Your search did not return any data” it’s similar to an error and I wanted to know if this is normal or do I have to resubmit the application.

    Yes that’s what I used. I have the barcode that starts with AA and is followed by 8 characters.

    Yes I have a copy of the DS-160 and entered the details exactly. I tried both Istanbul and Ankara.

    Completed a DS160 form for a B2 visa from Turkey. It was done a week ago but when I go to check the status on the CEAC website with my Application ID it keeps returning back “Your search did not return any data”. Why does it show this? I have to fill out the entire DS160 again?
