    Thanks for responding. I'm unmarried and over 21. If my mom files, we can only file i130 at first? we cannot file i845 alongside the i130?

    My sister is a US Citizen and my mom is a permanent residence. I'm here on F1 Visa. Can either of them file i130 and adjustment of status while I still have a valid F1? Had anyone been or seen this situation?
