    Hello everyone, Please I am trying to find out about filing for a sibling already present in the US. i-94 expired over 6 months ago. I can file a petition according to USCIS website....forms I-130 along with I-485, but am not sure what waiver to fill out. Also can they get a work permit while the process is going on? Any answer will be appreciated on directions to follow Thanks, Ken T
