Hello, Currently my wife and I live and work in Europe. We want to move to the US exactly in December 2025 due to some Projects that will be finished in such Date, exactly. When shall we submit the I-130? What could happen when we receive the Immigration visa much before our desired time December 2025? The 6 month time period to enter into the USA can be extended? Hello, When filling Out the I-130 Form, it asks for Work information but, the Petitioner has never worked before. Is that a Problem? Never payed taxes or something. What should BE Written in there? Thanks
