Question those preparing for interview and documentation sorting . I know we have to give them certain documents . From what I hear a lady will come around and ask you to take out your docs and put them in order regardless how you sort them . So my question is are you guys putting all your docs clip together with paper clips . Like example Marriage certificate- original and copy clip together Birth certificate- original and copy Clip together And have them all together in one pile when you give it to them . I ask because remember docs like affidavit of support are multiple pages ? what’s the best way to sort it when you give them all the docs? Because I hear regardless how you come to the interview while waiting someone will come around asking you to take out your docs and put in a certain order .

Here is my issue Me and my wife been friends on Facebook for years before we started dated. From 2013 to April 2019 we were only friends, but in may 2019 we started dated. The problem is we can’t retrieve most of our communications during the friendship period due to hacking of our pages or can’t really find messages .The only communications we got is Feb 2019 to current.I have probably early 2019 few months of WhatsApp message before dating like three months before. But I got all communications from WhatsApp messages WhatsApp voice calls Skyp video calls Multiple trips and visit But nothing from friendship period Unable to retrieve it Just curious if any of you had similar issues and it wasn’t an issue at the interview.

I already completed the I-864 it’s been uploaded and approve like two weeks ago . We just waiting on interview letter .

So I am the U.S. citizen and we are waiting on the linteview letter for my wife interview in Nigeria . I apply to transfer to a different apartment in the same complex due to mold growing in the vent. I haven’t been approved yet but most likely I will to move on Nov 3. i haven’t updated nothing yet cause I haven’t been approved yet . my question is who do I contact or do to update my address for immigration? I hear different stories online from filing out a I-865 form since I file affidavit of support to a ar-11 form. I am confuse I can’t do the within 30 day thing cause I haven’t been fully approved yet .

I got different answers for this . so my question is when you go to your interview and you have to organize your documents can you use paper clips to keeps documents together ? Because example ds260 has few pages, taxes has a few pages . A lady told me not too. But I was like how do you keep them together in your folder with other docs to find the correct pages together ? can you use paper clips or what ?

Maybe I am just over thinking . This process is too much. I only ask cause my name will already be in the system as the person she was going to visit. I don’t want them thinking we were dating . I mean we flirted online but we wasn’t dating yet until like my third visit.

What if ask the nature of that visit ?

My wife years ago was denied a travel visa cause she couldn’t prove strong ties. in 2011 we were only friends on MySpace we chatted as regular friends for years and I decided to invite her over to visit LA in 2019 but she was denied .I decided to visit her instead for two weeks. But we didn’t start dating until I made more trips . At the time of the travel interview said she said she was visiting a friend me who Name was on the application . when she goes to her spouse interview and they ask her about it ? How can she word it the reason for the travel ? So it don’t look like we were dating cause we wasn’t .
