  1. I thought the age of the child when submitting the application is frozen for the time of processing. Or I misunderstood you...
  2. I'm 20 years old. I am from the Russian Federation. Secondary education-incomplete (9 grades) Work is not in demand (warehouse), that is, I do not fit the requirements as an applicant I plan to “submit” an application for dv2025 through my mother, she is fully suitable for the requirements and even more (the work is in demand, long experience, and so on), she will indicate me as a child with a “body kit” with her. However, she categorically does not want to move to the USA, she has deeply taken root here in the Russian Federation. But she agrees to fill out an application on her own behalf, enclosing all the necessary documents. If it comes to winning, then to the interview, will this not serve as an obstacle to getting a green card for me? Does she need to get a green card to get it for me? Does the interview take place symmetrically or sequentially? Is it worth telling everything to the consul directly - the applicant does not want to go to the USA and does it all just so that I can get there? or lie a little? Has anyone had such cases?🙂
