  1. I’m in a similar situation—married in the Philippines, and the spouse is processing through the consulate in Singapore. Like others have mentioned, you're looking at 16 months for I-130 approval. And that's if they don't move the goal posts further. When we submitted the I-130, in Sept 2023, the estimated wait time was at 10-12 months. We recently got the I-130 approved, which put us at 479 days of waiting. The good news is Singapore embassy works fast. I've read that once you get DQ'd at NVC, the interview letter comes within 2-4 weeks. Hopefully that doesn't change. Hang in there, and good luck!
