  1. No I guess that is the problem, how can I pay it if I don't have the paper with the instructions of where to pay?
  2. Hello, My wife and son had their IR1 awarded, passports stamped and have entered the country. When this was awarded, I thought that I got a paper that gave instructions to request the physical greencard and submit another payment, but it has been a few months. I found a printout that suggested they would just mail me the physical green card within 1-8 months. Do I need to request the physical green card or just wait? I'm getting a little nervous because I thought this had to be requested within 6 months of the award. I understand that if I were to move then I would need to update the address. When I go to the USCIS site it just either forwards me to the webpage articles about filing for a green card or ordering a lost green card. Am I missing something? How can I request help, when I got to the USCIS to request help on the webpage, there are just some generic choices like request a lost greencard but I can't even message with someone. Thanks in advance for any advice.
  3. Thank you for your reply. Sorry I should have mentioned in the OP, but I am a us citizen and my wife and I were married a little less than 2 years ago. I don't believe that my son is eligible for expedite based on the reasons that USCIS site states. Any ideas what the best chance for an expedite is?
  4. Hello, I filed my wife's i130 and did the best I could. Upon filing out her DS-260, I was confused why it did not add our son from her previous marriage (he is 13). NVC informed me that he was an immediate relative and needed his own i130. I've read many different confusing advice related to this and seems that he may be able to join her green card but is not eligible for follow-to-join. Anyone can explain what we need to do? File a 2nd i-130 for our son and wait another year to get out of USCIS? Thank you in advance for your advice.
