The Petitioner had sent the withdrawal letter to the US Embassy, the US Embassy sent my case to NVC. What is my next step? Do i or petitioner have to send any letters to NVC? -
No rush, the previous relations finished over a year ago.

I want to cancel K1 visa case (the docs are in poland now) and then i want to apply documents for CR-1. I am a beneficiary.Do i have to wait after K1 visa cancellation. Or i can apply CR1 once i cancel K1 case. Moreover, my fiance is different for k1 visa and cr-1.
