Hi all.. Please I need support and guidance. I just got my interview letter now. It seem I am nervous which was not there before. Maybe it is normal, not sure. I was a student in the UK when I applied for the EB2 NIW and got approved. In order to prepare for the journey ahead and also prepare for any uncertainty of 'what if', I mean having plan to get something reasonable in the UK, I enrolled on a clinical course programme which is due to be completely in Sept 2025. Can any one give me tips on how to prepare well for this interview? xx @appleblossom

Hello all. Not 100% sure if I am getting the narrative here. This is what I believe the procedure looks like using myself as a case study 😊. I got approval in Sept 2023 and a welcome letter in October 2023. April 2023. I was able to make payment and also filled out the DS260 form. Documents sent, waiting for Dq. I believe that after document Qd, the waiting to be in the queue for an interview begins. That means all other processes can be done except the interview.

Hello. Could it be that it is peculiar to females? Although I have submitted like that, I hope that if there is an issue, I will be contacted. I asked a similar question on other platforms, and three people confirmed to me that they also had the same issue and the form was submitted like that. These individuals also stated that they are currently Dd'ed.

Thank you very much. Although I have tried to twist things around the responses, yet to see any changes to reflect the previous employment and education history. By the way, the previous history is showing for my spouse.

Thank you very much, again. I will have a look again. I just perceived something was not right when I filled that session. Maybe because I selected 'student' as my main occupation.

Hello house. I hope you are all keeping safe. I would like to know if this is normal, on the working/education session of the DS-260 form (EB2-NIW), for the main applicant, there is no question regarding past work and education like the way it is for the spouse of the main applicant.

I really appreciate this prompt response. On the 1-140 petition, the priority date is 28 April 2023.

Thank you for this. I am not sure anything about us is current at the moment. The approval just came about 2 weeks ago, yet to receive any message from NVC. We have all the documents down except the UK police report. Again, we are Nigerians, which I believe might be a factor regarding the processing (irrespective of the country of residence, right?). Anyway, I still have some salience questions which I will be popping in as we progress. Many thanks.
