  1. Could someone guide me to the page where DOS published their approval statistics? Thank you very much!
  2. Congrats to all who got the favorable results! But don't forget all the mental hardship and pains DOS has created for you and others during the process with their stupidity and inhumane way of handling. If/when possible, please help fire all these DOS people
  3. This case was denied after 1.5 years at DOS. I feel sorry for them.
  4. @nmanc33 I guess we all do that. How long is yours? Mine and other people I know range from 5-20 pages.
  5. @nmanc33 You can print your Statement of Reason on a separate document to attach with your DS-3035, and leave a note on the SOR in the DS-3035 form with something like "find the SOR in the supporting document".
  6. Yes of course!!! If the money is significantly low, then the bar for the waiver should be much more relaxed...
  7. There are still a bunch of cases from 2022 that are still pending though. Don't be too optimistic abt the broken system at DOS
  8. Not being in the US shouldn't be a problem for you (I hope you can manage to receive the approval letter from USCIS).
  9. @Hocus Unfortunately I think DOS lost your document. Is the email from someone named SimsJ as well? You don't need to update anything, just send a copy of everything you submitted earlier.
  10. That is insane. But not surprising for this kind of thing to happen at DOS
  11. Well, your belief was just wrong. I was speaking out of my first-hand knowledge, in which I KNOW people who got US government funding (by the way, it's more US government funders than Fulbright) and in their waiver process it DIDN'T show "sponsor view". Two theories: - That gov funder is no longer operational. - The DOS reviewer just "forgot" to input that info into the online system. DOS reviewer division is a very low tech with depleted resource, and made mistakes all the time.
  12. It's actually not unusual, I saw many cases with government sponsors but no sponsor view shown on their charts. THis included the case approved 09/20/2023 above.
