    Right, 212(a)(7)(A)(i)(I) is. There was a guy on another post from South Africa who said he had to wait out. After it, it was approved. But depends on the violation as well. So, slim chance is probably right assessment.

    Yes, chances are slim, but a guy with similar case said he got it approved after 6 years. So, it would probably depend on the officers.

    I was banned on Aug 9, 2017, at LAX for unauthorized business activity conducted on F-1 Visa. CBP saw my business lease documents during an inspection after a full interview. So be careful (Side Note). However, I plan to pursue Masters again in US after the ban! Can anyone tell me if there is a possibility of securing F-1 visa, if yes any tips for the interview? Grounds for ban were common 212(a)(1)...inadequate documentation.
