  1. True. However at the rate I need medical attention, I will consider. And sorry for the unusual nickname.
  2. good. Any advise, on the other work? in your views, is it still considered an employment?
  3. Also I don't see it anywhere on the Public Charge resources from USCIS, but is it needed to have a health insurance?
  4. Hi, I would like to get your input on the following. I came with B2 visa 4 years ago, worked without authorization on many different places, recently married to a US Citizen and we're about to file i130 + i485. Clearly overstayed and worked without authorization. I've research on this topic to stablish the following facts. * I will be truthful about disclosing everything. Not looking to lie about anything. * Understand that overstay and work is forgiven because the immediate relative relationship with the petitioner. So I am past the discussion of those 2, what is the appropriate way to disclose the unauthorized work? Currently the form ask for 1. The work history of the past 5 years and 2. Whether I have ever worked without authorization (Yes/No, I already answered Yes) The Employment history part if what I am a bit conflicted, the work I have done in the past 5 years in random work for cash. Cut grass, pluming, shovel dirt, ect... I almost never a specific place. I am pretty sure this is self employed work, right? and what address would I put? The other work I have done is equivalent to an employee (I have to show up to their schedule and at fixed hourly rate) of a construction company, the company is known in the area and I know its address. But I am not quite an "official" employee. I have never signed or filled out any paperwork, I've never seen an i9 like a lot of people talk about, I get paid by check and cash it out with my home country passport. I've never received a W-2. Never paid/filed taxes, although I am open to discuss with the IRS any arrangements to correct that after GC. Do I put this company's information anyway, like if I am an employee? Or with Yes. (Whether, I have worked without authorization) and maybe a note explaining the time and the nature of the work? I am kind afraid to ask my employer, from what I've research, I wouldn't want to open a can of worm. I got this job from a friend, after they arranged it for me, they told me, just show up and do what they tell you. What are your thoughts on filling out this part?
