  1. Hi all, I am DQed in March 2024. However I may want to cancel the consular processing now due to family issues. My question is will my approved I-140 still be valid for future use?
  2. Thats too long. A few weeks for most I know. Why dont you inquire NVC directly, they are pretty fast in reply
  3. I just moved. Should I notify NVC my new address or no? Thats harsh that update address resets everything
  4. Can you try to apply for TN if you already have job offers? The worst is they deny at border?
  5. I dont think so. Scheduling is done at consulates not NVC. If your PD is let’s say 01/2022, DQed 7/2023, you will be scheduled first than guys with PD 3/2022 DQed 4/2022. So that’s why PD is the most important one. But as Froozion said Montreal is so backlogged , many with current PD still have to wait for months.
  6. I thought they prioritize the priority date first then the DQ? Why do you guys always focus on DQ dates?
  7. With this jump from Jan 2021 to April 2022 are they doing faster now? I am preparing docs to send and just wondering if I should transfer my case to my country of birth. Priority date is 07/2023, EB2NIW ROW
