I also received access code, receipt notice, and extension letter! Now is a waiting time ^^ 08/31 - Mailed package to Elgin Lockbox 09/04 - Package delivered 09/12 - Money order cashed 09/21 - Received receipt notice, access code and extension letter.

Well money order cashed on the 12th. Still not receiving any receipt notice.. Elgin lockbox

They just cashed my Money Order yesterday. 8/31: Mail I751 package to Elgin Lockbox 9/4: Delivered 9/14: Money order cashed. Didnt include text notification form so no receipt received yet.

I mailed it on August 31, arrived at PO on Sep2. I checked tracking and it showed "Your item has been delivered and is available at a PO box in CAROL STREAM, IL 60197" ; money order has not been cashed. Anyone on the same boat?
