  1. You are saying they probably already know about her past interview and looked over it. Meaning not taking it to consideration. But most likely be asked at the interview for k1?
  2. She had interview for a B-2 visa back in July 2023, which concluded in a denial. the petition for i129f, k1 visa, is still processing, with NOA1 date of November 6th, 2023, “Case was received”
  3. I’m so sorry, my head is everywhere right now with anxiety. I meant to say B-2 tourist visa. We tried for B-2 tourist visa. And did not disclose that she knew me. I apologize, could not edit the post.
  4. Hello, This is keeping me up at night. We have applied for k1 visa, and so far so good with NOA1 received on Nov 6, 2023. Still waiting on NOA2. We have made a mistake by realizing it later on by listening to others. While my visit at my fiancé home country, we had a scheduled her an f1 tour visa interview, with actual intent of tourism and getting ideas for her clothing brand. She is a clothing designer. But in that application we did not disclose any information about me. While we knew each other and were already engaged. In our young dumb heads we thought it be a great idea for her to see the country before living here and as well spend time together. And get ideas for her clothing plans. The reason we did not disclose that she knew someone here is because we listened to all the reviews, and story tellers about denial for tourist visas in her home country. And us being young adults, we thought it be safe, because we knew that corruption exists in there. But now I regret it, and it keeps my up at night, i night my nails constantly thinking about it. We are not sure what to do when the interview for k1 comes in. I know it is a stupid mistake. But please, we need some support, will at affect the decision of k1? We just want to be together get married, work and build our lives here, with no more lying. K1 we did it our selves and I made sure that everything is correct, every document needed is there, every proof every photo etc. please
  5. Yeah, now that I think about it, my Naturalization certificate has the date and all the information needed if anything. Thank you.
  6. Also, Should I describe as briefly and detailed as possibly for all those times together, on a separate sheet of paper for the questions 53-54 of the i129f? and should I just write in the space provided "See additional information" or what should I write?
  7. Hello everybody. I and my fiancé are getting together the i129f packet. It is almost complete we are just figuring out the evidence process. I became a U.S. citizen trough Naturalization in June 2022. Before that I was still a citizen of Kazakhstan, and had a KZ(Kazakhstan) passport. I was in Aktau, KZ, on 31st of December 2021 through May 2022, which is the time line me and fiancé started dating (January, 17). At that time she was on winter holidays at home in Aktau, and we would hang out and spend quality time together. Then in February she went back to Almaty, KZ, to study, and I visited her 19th through 26th of February. Then I was back in Aktau. Then she visited me for a week in March. Then I visited her back in Almaty in April for about 10 days. And since then we were long distance. In June 2022 I got Naturalized and had to give up my KZ passport, because they do not allow dual citizenship. I had all those flight passport stamps on KZ passport (which i gave up). I still have all the ticket itineraries with my name. Which I am going to use as evidence. I acquired a U.S. passport later and visited her in July 2023 for two weeks. And I am planning on scanning my whole current passport with the stamp as evidence as well. Now, I just thought of this, would the USCIS find it fishy that I do not have any stamps from my previous flights with a KZ passport. How should I go about this? Should I even do anything about it? We have pictures from all those times together, which we are going to use. It is real hard being apart, and this process is very new for us, and we want to be extra careful. I, Apologize for this long of a message. Thank you.
