    Yeah, that's the goal. I'm not particularly worried about the many encounters since the vast majority were dropped and the worst consequence being a little community service. Just want to make sure I've got everything accounted for to save some time and my honesty not doubted. Thanks for your response

    Thank you, this was very helpful. A request by mail definitely sounds like the way to go. I might get the FBI records as well in case I'm forgetting anything beyond DC/MD.

    Good evening, I (the petitioner) have had a few encounters with law enforcement in my younger days for low level cannabis or civil-disobedience related activities in DC and MD. I'm afraid I can't recall or produce documentation for every encounter. How do you recommend I go about collecting all of the necessary documentation needed to adequately complete question 4B on the 129F form? Am I suppose to go to a courthouse in MD and DC to request copies of all my arrest records and dispositions? Or go to get a criminal background check completed like I've done for previous jobs? Or make a FIOA request? Or something else... Thank you in advance!
