    I'm doing the same, putting the data in a file 1st so I can copy and paste. It did it again today when my wife was filling out work and education history. You can save it partial as long as you fill out everything that you opened on the page such as before adding additional history. It times out regardless of if you are active or not and the 5 min warning doesn't work as it immediately ends the session. It's embarrassing how bad it is.

    Both payments went through successfully despite the website issues. I've started filling out the DS-260 form and it also crashes sometimes when going to the next page. And you can only save a page if everything is filled out, no partial page save.

    I was able to log back in and submit the 2nd fee after waiting maybe 15 minutes. This time clicking "Continue to Receipt" did not result in an error. It took me to a page with a message and a continue button which then took me back to the login page. No additional receipt page came up. It now shows both in process so it seems to be somewhat working.

    Looks like the USA CEAC website still has lots of bugs. We just got our case number yesterday and I was able to login. When I tried to click to pay one of the fees it got an Oracle Database error, something about not logged in. So maybe our case was not entered into the payment database yet but was on the website database, who knows. Today I think I was able to process a payment as it gave me 3 different tracking IDs. But when I clicked on go to receipt it again failed. I refreshed and tried to log back in but it would not take me back to the login page. Cleared cache and restated the browser (Edge). But still can't log back in and get a message: "Your request cannot be processed at this time." So I'll try later, hopefully the 1st payment went through and I can do the 2nd.

    As I mentioned I've not found any legacy media that I can not access. PBS, MSNBC, CNN, Fox all work where I'm at. Also Yahoo, Google news work, no issues. What news sites is your wife not able to access? Yes there is a lot of garbage on social media but there are also real journalists posting news that the legacy media doesn't cover hence why I mentioned those.

    I'm currently in the Philippines on a tourist visa while waiting for my wife's USA visa to be approved. I've had no issues accessing news sites. There are a few sites I need to use a free VPN (opera browser) but none are news sites. No issues on Youtube, Twitter, Facebook, or legacy media. What sites has she not been able to access?
