Hello My Fiance has a K1 that expires in two days. She was finishing up university and so she did not want to leave before graduation. Her visa is Valid, Passport Valid. She was travelling with my 3year old son
who is a minor. He has a valid USA Passport and is trying to live with me. However Customs in Bogota, Colombia did not let them pass on the flight because according to Colombian law he needed a notarized permision
slip signed by myself to exit Colombia. So my question is this: How can I get the K1 extended any ideas. I just called the company that helped me make my visa and they said if the visa expires I need to redo the visa again. As you know I am
losing time and my soul is dying. If you have any helpful advice I would appreciate a response.
