    So the question is if there's a conviction for DV against own minor child does that make anyone ineligible to petition for a wife? This is DV. Does the AWA apply? Did anyone has any experience with just the DV conviction not any other cases which I read in the list for AWA.

    It meant everything was disclosed at the beginning to the intended wife. Nothing hidden.

    That's only if the case is approved at USCIS. No issues with spouse or fiancee not knowing.

    Can anyone throw some light on K1 visa petition with a DV conviction. Case transferred to Vermont. Does DV fall under AWA? Does anyone has any experience or notice that anyone got approved ever just for DV?
